Elderberry is one of the most important ingredients in the food industry, as it is used to color food products (yogurt, syrup, jam, ice cream, etc.). Whether alone or in combination with other fruits, it is suitable for manufacturing confectionery goods, additives for dairy products or even wine and brandy.
Pure elderberry is a great ingredient in medicinal products, diabetic and health food, because of its excellent nutritional value.
Every year, we make 500 tonnes of our BIO elderberry available to our customers, either in the various frozen categories (once- or thrice cleaned, optically selected), or as puree in barrels, or delivered in tanker trucks. Our producers are known for their reliable quality and outstanding product base, which gives us an opportunity to meet even special customer requirements agreed ahead of the season!
