Once-cleaned elderberries (varieties with higher BRIX)

Elderberry concentrate is one of the most frequently used dark coloring materials by the bog industry, where higher brix values will make for more efficient processing. In this environment the Danish varieties traditionally perform way better than wild elder, and certain breeding methods we've conducted have brought further improvement to BOTESZ's own varieties. The long-term contracts and quality-based accounting make it possible to wait for the optimal harvest, giving our partners an edge through more economical processing.

The frozen, once-cleaned elderberry is the most sought-after product, suitable for practically any further processing. During the cleaning, foreign components and long stems are removed, creating a roughly homogeneous, blackberry stock.
