Mashed sour cherries in tank

On the part of the juice industry, there is a decisive demand for sour cherry varieties that boast a high coloring ability. These varieties are the Hungarian black sour cherry (Ciganymeggy) and the Serbian oblachinska. As a common feature, they both have relatively small fruit size, a characteristic sour cherry flavor and an outstanding anthocyanin content. BOTESZ's producers are dominant producers of both varieties, and they also have BIO plantations.

Mashed sour cherry is mainly produced at or around our member's locations, which guarantees that the fruit is processed fresh and cooled swiftly after harvest, preserving its taste, color and internal properties.
